Lighting is very poor, to the point of being dangerous, in the area of Phase 7 below:
Action: Residents have raised this issue with our County Councillor and are awaiting response.

The quality of the grass cutting service is variable. 
Action: A better service will cost more, and would need agreement. Board to discuss.
